Part of the complex processing of grape marc is the extraction and gentle drying of grape seeds from the pressed grape marc remaining after alcohol distillation and tartaric acid extraction. The processing capacity and state-of-the-art technology created with the grape seed plant investment realized in 2014 are suitable for the production of high-purity dried grape seeds from the entire amount of grape marc delivered. Grape seed oil rich in essential fatty acids and unsaturated fats can be obtained from grape seeds.
